These terms govern your use of this website and every purchase from Stackhaus Research ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not order.

Everything we sell is a laboratory research material. It is not a drug, food, dietary supplement, cosmetic or medical device, and it is not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, topical use or any clinical or diagnostic use. Our Research Use Policy forms part of these terms.

You must be at least 21 years old and buying for lawful in-vitro laboratory or analytical research. You confirm this at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order where we believe these conditions are not met.

• Handle, store and dispose of materials in line with applicable law and good laboratory practice.
• Do not resell, repackage or relabel our materials for human or animal use.
• Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm shipment. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Taxes and shipping are shown before you pay.

We accept payment by Zelle only. Zelle is currently the only payment method available. Zelle instructions are shown at checkout and on your order page. Orders ship after payment is confirmed.

We publish specifications and certificates of analysis for transparency. Information on this site is for research reference only and is not advice. We do not provide dosing, administration or usage guidance for humans or animals.

All site content, branding and documents belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any use of materials contrary to these terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

You agree to cover losses we suffer because you used materials contrary to these terms or breached applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms. The version published on the date of your order applies to that order.
