Shipping

We ship to all 50 states. Alaska and Hawaii deliveries can take longer than the estimates shown at checkout. We cannot ship to PO boxes or to APO, FPO or DPO addresses, because UPS does not deliver to them. Use a street address. We do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding federal bank holidays) can ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day.

We ship with UPS only. Standard arrives in 1 to 4 business days, Two-Day in 2 business days, and Overnight the next business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM ET. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Materials ship in protective, temperature-appropriate packaging. Please open packages promptly and follow the storage guidance on the product page.

Standard shipping is $4.99 and free on orders over $300. Two-Day shipping is $14.99 and free on orders over $174.99. Overnight shipping is $39.99.

Make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, we can reship at your cost.

Carrier delays can happen. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can help with a carrier claim. See our Returns policy for how replacement claims work.

Orders with 10 or more units of one product ship with adult signature required, and the carrier will not leave the package unattended. We may also require additional identity verification for some orders.
