How do I know what is in a vial?
Each lot has a certificate of analysis from independent testing. Find it on the product page or in the certificate library by lot number.
How should I store my order?
Follow the storage guidance on the product page and certificate. Keep materials sealed, cool, dry and away from light until needed.
How long does shipping take?
See the Shipping page for processing times and carriers. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
What are the shipping options and costs?
We ship within the United States with UPS only. We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Standard is $4.99 (1 to 4 business days, free over $300), Two-Day is $14.99 (free over $174.99), and Overnight is $39.99 for orders placed before 2:00 PM ET. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. We do not ship internationally.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. Latent issues have a longer window; see the Returns page for how replacements work.
Can I return an item or get a refund?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or discretionary returns, other than for order cancellations before shipment, pricing errors, or where the law requires. We may replace a product that arrives damaged, incorrect or out of specification. See the Returns page.
