Research Use Policy

This policy explains who may buy from Stackhaus Research and what our materials are supplied for.

Our materials are supplied for lawful in-vitro laboratory and analytical research only, such as assay development, reference standards and method validation. They are not for in vivo use, and not for use in or on humans or animals.

You may not use, or allow anyone else to use, our materials for:

• Human or animal consumption, injection, inhalation, or topical application.
• Any in vivo use, or any use in or on humans or animals.
• Diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation or prevention of any disease or condition.
• Inclusion in any food, drug, supplement, cosmetic or device.
• Resale, repackaging or relabelling for any of the above.

Stackhaus Research materials are research reagents. They are not drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics, and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals.

At checkout you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that the materials are for laboratory research only. We keep a record of this confirmation with your order.

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher or institution purchasing for in-vitro laboratory research only. You are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of materials in accordance with applicable law and for ensuring they are not used in any prohibited way. You agree to indemnify Stackhaus Research against claims arising from any use outside this policy.

Follow the storage guidance on the product page and certificate. Handle materials with appropriate protective equipment and dispose of them according to local regulations.

Stackhaus Research does not provide, solicit or endorse dosing, administration or usage instructions for any product. Send handling questions to support. We do not answer questions about use on people or animals.

We may decline or cancel any order, close any account, and report suspected misuse where we believe this policy has been breached.
