Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to anyone who joins the Stackhaus Research affiliate program. By joining you agree to them together with our Terms and Conditions and Research Use Policy.

Affiliates must be 21 or older and approved by us. We may decline or remove any affiliate at any time.

Affiliates earn a commission of 20% on the first qualifying order placed through their link or code, excluding taxes, shipping and cancelled orders. Commissions are paid monthly, with a $1 minimum payout, once the order is outside the replacement-claim period.

Orders are attributed by tracking link or code. We decide attribution in good faith and our records are final. Self-referrals and orders placed to earn commission are not eligible.

Affiliates must:

• Describe all products as for laboratory research use only.
• Make no claims, express or implied, about use in humans or animals, health benefits, dosing or treatment.
• Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly where required by law.
• Not use paid search on our brand terms, spam, misleading ads, or impersonate us.

We may withhold commission, reverse payments and terminate the relationship if these rules are broken.

Either party may end the relationship at any time. We may update these terms and the commission rate on notice.
