SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ), orphan nuclear receptors that regulate transcriptional programs for oxidative metabolism and mitochondrial function. It is widely described in the literature as an exercise-mimetic tool compound because it induces overlapping gene sets in muscle-cell models. Supplied at 100 mg per capsule, 90 capsules per container, with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis for use in controlled in-vitro investigation only.
