Shipping Options
Processing & Carriers
Order Processing
Processing time after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Sent automatically once your order ships. Check your email at checkout is correct.
Orders placed outside business hours begin processing the next business day.
Carrier
We ship exclusively via UPS. Carrier selection is based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Once your order leaves our facility, transit times are in UPS's hands. Occasional carrier delays can occur and are outside our control.
Shipping confirmation and tracking are provided once dispatched.
Route Shipping Protection
All orders include the option to add Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages — file a claim directly through Route for fast resolution without contacting us first.
We strongly recommend enabling Route protection at checkout, especially for high-value orders.
Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes — Overnight and Priority shipping not available. Standard only.
- Hawaii & Alaska — Expedited options may be limited. We'll contact you if your order is affected.
- International — May be available depending on destination. Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following cases:
- Product arrives damaged
- Incorrect item received
- Order is missing items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Report Within 7 Days
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will assist with a resolution.
If you added Route Shipping Protection at checkout, you can also file a claim directly through Route for the fastest resolution.
Order Cancellations
Before Fulfillment Only
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
