Fastest Help

Email info@stackhausresearch.com or use our Contact page. You reach a real, US-based team member: no bots, no ticket queue. Include your order number for anything order related.

That is usually a rare payment-sync glitch, not a real cancellation. Email info@stackhausresearch.com with your order number and we will confirm it and process it correctly.

Our US-based team is available Monday through Friday. Most emails receive a same-day response. For urgent order issues, include your order number in the subject line.

Products & Testing

Yes. Every batch is independently tested by US-based labs using HPLC and mass spectrometry across 7 points: identity, purity, net content, endotoxins, sterility, heavy metals, and variance. Scan the QR code on the vial for batch traceability.

Every batch has a COA. View them at stackhausresearch.com/coa, or scan the QR code on the product label.

99%+ purity, documented per batch on the COA.

HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) separates the components in a peptide sample and measures what percentage is your target compound versus impurities. A 99%+ HPLC purity means 99% or more of the measured content is the correct peptide — the remaining <1% is trace synthesis byproducts. Higher purity = more accurate dosing and more reliable research outcomes.

HPLC measures purity — the percentage of your compound in the sample. Mass Spec (mass spectrometry) measures identity — it confirms the molecular weight matches the target peptide. A complete COA requires both: HPLC tells you it's pure, Mass Spec tells you it's correct.

Peptides & Storage

Keep lyophilized (powder) vials in a cool, dry place, away from light. After reconstitution, refrigerate and protect from light.

Use our free Reconstitution Calculator on the homepage. Enter the peptide amount, solvent volume, and desired dose to get exact syringe measurements instantly.

Lyophilized peptides stay stable long term when stored cool, dry, and dark. Once reconstituted, keep them refrigerated and use within the window appropriate for that compound.

No. Freezing disrupts the peptide structure and reduces activity. Refrigerate at 2–8°C only. Lyophilized (powder) vials can be stored long-term in a cool, dark place before reconstitution.

Bacteriostatic water (BW) is standard for most peptides. It contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative, which extends the stability of reconstituted peptides. Use a sterile insulin syringe and inject slowly down the inside wall of the vial — do not shake.

Signs of degradation include visible cloudiness or particulates, a change in color, or unusual odor. A degraded peptide should not be used in research. To minimize degradation: always use sterile technique, keep the reconstituted vial refrigerated, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and use within the appropriate stability window for that compound.

Orders & Payment

Credit/Debit card, Zelle, and eCheck (bank transfer).

Payment processing for research compounds shifts often due to bank and processor policies. We keep several options live (card, Zelle, eCheck) so checkout always works. If one is temporarily unavailable, another will be.

Contact us immediately at info@stackhausresearch.com with your order number. Orders placed before 4pm ET ship same day, so changes must be requested quickly. Once an order has shipped it cannot be modified — you would need to initiate a return after delivery.

Yes. For bulk orders or wholesale inquiries, email info@stackhausresearch.com with your research institution or business details and the compounds and quantities you need. We work with labs, clinics, and research organizations directly.

Yes. Free shipping on US orders over $500, Build Your Stack bundles, and a Membership program with member pricing.

Yes. See our Military & First Responder Discount page for details.

Shipping & Tracking

Orders placed before 4pm ET ship the same day.

Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Priority arrives in 2–3 business days. Overnight delivers next business day when ordered before 4pm ET. All orders ship from Florida.

Standard $15, Priority $25, Overnight $49. Free shipping on US orders over $500.

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Standard USPS shipping covers PO Boxes. APO/FPO delivery depends on carrier availability — contact us before ordering to confirm your address is serviceable.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Add Route Package Protection at checkout to cover lost, damaged, or stolen orders. File a claim with Route, or contact us and we will help make it right.

Returns & Refunds

We accept unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the return, you are issued store credit, minus the original shipping cost. For safety, opened or used research materials cannot be returned.

Store credit is issued within 2–3 business days of us receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email when it is applied to your account.

Contact us right away with photos and your order number. If you added Route at checkout, file a claim; otherwise reach out and we will make it right.
