Affiliate Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Stackhaus Research Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms in full. Below is the structure at a glance, followed by the complete agreement.
01 Program Overview
Stackhaus Research operates a selective, application-based affiliate program. By registering and participating, you agree to these terms in full. Stackhaus Research reviews all applications and reserves the right to approve or deny any applicant at its sole discretion.
02 Eligibility
To participate you must be at least 21 years of age, provide a valid payout email, supply your primary social media handle(s), and promote Stackhaus Research products truthfully and in compliance with these terms. Stackhaus Research reserves the right to revoke affiliate status at any time for any reason.
03 Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 10% commission on every completed order placed through their unique referral link or assigned coupon code. Commission applies to the order subtotal, excluding shipping and taxes. Initial subscription orders also earn 10%.
04 Recurring Commissions
Subscription renewals earn 5% commission for up to 12 renewals per referred customer.
05 Performance Bonuses
Affiliates earn one-time milestone bonuses based on lifetime referred sales:
- Rising Creator: $75 bonus at $1,500 in referred sales
- Top Creator: $300 bonus at $5,000 in referred sales
- Elite Creator: $1,000 bonus at $15,000 in referred sales
Each bonus is awarded once, when the threshold is first reached.
06 Cookie Duration
Referral tracking cookies remain active for 90 days from the visitor's first click. Coupon-code orders are credited to the affiliate assigned to that code. For link-based referrals, credit is given to the last affiliate link clicked.
07 Coupon Codes
Approved affiliates may receive a unique discount code for their audience. Affiliate codes may not be combined with other promotions and may not be posted to coupon-aggregator or deal sites without written permission. Orders placed by an affiliate using their own code do not earn commission.
08 Minimum Payout Threshold
Payouts are issued once your unpaid commission balance reaches a minimum of $50.00. Balances below $50.00 roll over to the following month.
09 Payout Schedule and Method
Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal, or an alternative method arranged with Stackhaus Research. You are responsible for providing a valid payout email in your affiliate account settings. Stackhaus Research is not responsible for failed transfers resulting from incorrect payment information.
10 Refund Policy
If an order you referred is refunded, the associated commission is marked as rejected and removed from your balance. A 14-day refund grace period applies before commissions are approved.
11 Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Place orders through your own referral link or code to earn commission on self-purchases
- Use paid search ads that compete with Stackhaus Research branded keywords
- Make false or misleading claims about Stackhaus Research products
- Promote Stackhaus Research products on platforms that violate applicable laws
- Engage in cookie stuffing, fake traffic, or any manipulation of referral tracking
- Represent yourself as an employee or official spokesperson of Stackhaus Research
Violation results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
12 Research Use Only (RUO) Content Compliance
All Stackhaus Research products are sold strictly for Research Use Only, intended for laboratory and scientific research purposes. As a condition of participation, affiliates agree that all promotional content will:
- Frame products exclusively as research compounds for in-vitro or laboratory use
- Contain no claims of human use, dosing, administration, results, or benefits
- Make no therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, or curative claims
- Not depict or imply human consumption or self-administration
- Not target minors
Affiliates must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in all content per FTC guidelines (for example "#ad," "#affiliate," or "I earn a commission on purchases made through my link") and are independently responsible for compliance with FTC, FDA, and platform advertising rules. Affiliates who make non-compliant claims will be immediately terminated and forfeit unpaid commissions. Affiliate agrees to indemnify Stackhaus Research against any claims, penalties, or losses arising from the affiliate's content or representations.
13 Intellectual Property
Stackhaus Research grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved brand assets for promotional purposes only. You may not alter the Stackhaus Research logo, create unauthorized branded materials, or use the brand name in a way that implies endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship.
14 Limitation of Liability
Stackhaus Research is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Total liability is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions in your account at the time of any dispute.
15 Program Modifications and Termination
Stackhaus Research reserves the right to modify commission rates, cookie duration, payout thresholds, or any other program terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation after any modification constitutes acceptance.
16 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
